Ride leader: Jerrol but if someone else wants to lead that’s ok too
Route: Swing up past the airport cross the 205 bridge into “the Couve” and head back west towards downtown Vancouver and back over the 5 bridge
Approximate distance: 40
Approximate time: 2.5 hours
Heart Rate Zones: 1-4

Notes: Since it looks like rain on Saturday don’t forget your fenders and rain gear.
Since I’m on a training plan that has has me trying to ride easy until early April I may have to lead from the back or if someone else wants to drive that’s alright too.
